Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: We understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may change. However, to ensure the smooth operation of our massage services and to accommodate other clients, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Notice: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. *Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may result in a cancellation fee up to 1 hour session rate. No-shows (clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without prior notice) will be charged the full price/1 session credit for the scheduled service. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements.
